Join the McKinley Food Forest for our Brand New Garden volunteer planting event on Sunday, September 27, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM at 3434 Washington Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55412.
We’ll build and fill garden beds and plant fruit and shade trees. Food and beverages will be provided, and all are welcome, come for an hour or stay for the afternoon!

Our neighborhood is growing and thriving, and we have some great opportunities for you to jump in and make a real difference. Whether you’ve got a green thumb for our gardening and beautification projects, want to help out with youth activities, or can help keep things running smooth with office support, we have a spot for you.
We are also looking for folks to help with upcoming community events, and outreach opportunities to keep us all informed and engaged.
